ON-LINE REGISTRATION FOR WSLL FALL BALL OPENED MONDAY, JULY 19th AND ENDS MONDAY, AUGUST 30th. Registration will be On-Line ONLY.

This Fall we are offering CO-ED BASEBALL for all age groups from 6 to Seniors and GIRLS SOFTBALL for players ages 9 to Seniors.
The Fall Season is scheduled to begin the weekend of September 11th and end (weather permitting) the weekend of November 21st/22nd. Games are not generally scheduled for Columbus Day Weekend.
Division Heads and Coaches: Equipment and Uniform Pick-up will be Friday, September 10th from 5-8pm at Manhattan Mini Storage 134th & Riverside.
Registration will be On-Line ONLY through the WSLL website.
The Fee for Fall Ball is $100. PLEASE NOTE: Anyone who does not register On-Line during the allotted time will be charged a late penalty of an additional $50.
The Fall fee covers team shirt and hat, equipment, balls, insurance and umpire fees. There are no trophies or photos in Fall Ball. Players must bring their own mitts.
Full or partial scholarships are available on request. Please e-mail our Registrar, Stephanie DiStasio, to receive scholarship information and instructions at Info@WestsideBaseball.org.
Please Note that Returning Players have priority in Fall Ball placement and that all placement is subject to Field Availability and Permits. Field assignment will be made once Permits are received from the Parks Department (possibly as late as the end of August) and team assignments and schedules may not be available until after Labor Day weekend.
This year we are offering Fall Ball for the following age groups.
NEW THIS FALL! 6's Hardball---Co-ed, Coach Pitch Underhand for new and returning 6 year olds.
NEW THIS FALL! 7's Hardball--Co-ed, Coach Pitch Underhand for new and returning 7 year olds
8's Hardball--Co-ed, Coach Pitch. Overhand For new and returning 8 year olds
9's Hardball--Co-ed, Kid Pitch. For returning 9's. New 9's must be assessed before placement in this division and may be placed in 8's Coach Pitch Hardball.
Middles/Majors Hardball--Co-ed Kid Pitch: For returning 10-12's and New 11's and 12's. New 10's must be assessed before placement in this division and may be placed in 9's Hardball
Juniors Hardball: For returning 13-14 and New 14 year olds. New 13's must be assessed before placement in this division and may be placed in Middles-Majors.
Seniors Hardball--Returning 15-18 year olds (high schoolers only) and new 16-18 year olds. New 15 year olds must be assessed before placement in this division and may be placed in Juniors.
(PLEASE NOTE: Juniors and Seniors Hardball MAY be combined if enrollment necessitates it.)
Girls Softball--Kid Pitch Majors: For returning 9-12 year olds and new 10-12 year olds. New 9's must be assessed before placement in this division and may be placed in 8's Co-ed Coach Pitch Hardball.
Girls Softball- Juniors/Seniors: For returning Junior/Senior players (Reapers and Dragons), and returning Majors Girls ages 12- 13 who are deemed ready to move up to Juniors.
Player assignment is at the discretion of the Division Heads, who aim to create balanced teams and to encourage competitive play. We do not as a rule accommodate specific placement requests.
Players who anticipate missing more than 2 games SHOULD NOT register for WSLL Fall Ball. If any player does register and misses more than 2 games, rules about player usage WILL NOT APPLY to that player. If any player misses one game without notifying their Coach at least 24 hours in advance, rules about player usage WILL NOT APPLY to that player. Returning players who register ON TIME AND ON LINE are given priority over new players, and over returning players who register late.
If your child is in the 10-12 Hardball Division ( Mid-Majors) that plays both Saturday and Sunday games, and you know at this time that there is only one day on the weekend that your child can play, you can indicate this on the registration form. However, we cannot guarantee placement for players who can only play one day. FOR THIS REASON, PLEASE INDICATE IF YOUR CHILD CAN PLAY ONLY ONE DAY ONLY IF SHE OR HE ABSOLUTELY CANNOT PLAY BOTH DAYS.

6's Sunday mornings at 72nd & Riverside and/or Morningside Park and/or DeWitt Clinton
7's Sunday mornings and/or afternoons at 72nd & Riverside and/or Morningside and/or DeWitt Clinton
8's Sunday afternoons at 72nd & Riverside and/or 77th & Riverside
9's Saturday mornings and afternoons at 72nd & Riverside
10-12's Saturday and Sundays at 103rd Riverside
Juniors Saturday mornings and possibly Sunday mornings at DeWitt Clinton
Seniors Saturday mornings and possibly Sunday mornings at DeWitt Clinton
Softball Kid Pitch Majors: Sunday afternoons at 77th & Riverside and/or Morningside
Softball Junior/Seniors Saturday mornings and/or afternoons at Morningside and/or 77th & Riverside
