First Aid Lecture / Medical Release / Safety Code

Dear West Side Little League Families,

The safety of our players, coaches, volunteers, and spectators is a top priority of the West Side Little League.

Please read the following items which pertain to this important matter.

1. ALL Coaches, Volunteer Umpires, Division Heads, Board Members, and Team Parents should make every attempt to attend the WSLL's First Aid Lecture this Sunday, March 2nd, at 9:45 a.m., at the Joan of Arc School on 93rd St. between Columbus and Amsterdam. Please bring your completed Volunteer Application (write your Division, or the name of your Division Head, on the top) and a copy of your Driver's License (stapled together), and give it to your Division Head (unless, of course, you've already done so).

2. Every player MUST give a completed Medical Release to their Coach at the first game or practice of the season. This document can be downloaded from the website at www.westsidebaseball.org and must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian. Coaches should bring these documents to every game and team practice.

3. Please read the following West Side Little League Safety Code. It outlines what the League does to promote safety on the field, and what you must do to make this the safest possible experience for your child.
