CATCH WSLL GIRLS SOFTBALL PLAYERS IN 'WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS' OPENING THIS WEEKEND

Last September, two teams of girls from WSLL Softball, Chief Umpire Clarence Harris and League President Debbie Kling spent a glorious day in Bay Ridge Brooklyn shooting two scenes for the romantic comedy What Happens in Vegas starring Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher. A good time was had by all and Mr. Kutcher was particularly gracious to our girls and parents. Scouting reports from last weekend's sneak preview indicate that at least part of our scenes were included in the final cut.

The movie is rated PG-13 and honestly, was panned in the Friday Times. Still, it will always be a favorite of WSLL Girls Softball ( and who knows--may launch a couple of careers!) So check it out!
